betf is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID) upon request. betf may place restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification.
betf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. betf reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on the betf Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betf does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betf content without prior written consent from betf.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betf's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betf Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betf account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the betf Platform, even if betf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. betf makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
betf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betf support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the betf Platform shall first be submitted to betf's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. betf will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through betf's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits betf's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
betf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betf will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the betf Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the betf Platform and may request account closure.
